Founded in 1996, the Maison MALARD, familial and independent, elaborates with passion Champagnes with an asserted personality. The Excellence Rosé highlights the aromatic complexity obtained through the union of two vinification, revealing an extremely greedy wine characterized by notes of small red fruits.

Wine making process

Grapes : 95% of Pinot noir, including 11% vinified into red wine and 5% of Chardonnay
Main villages : Oger, Chouilly, Verzenay, Ay
Fermentation : Full malolactic
Aging : on lees, minimum 5 years in the cellar
Disgorgement : a few months before shipment
Dosage : 8g/L
