Founded in 1996, the Maison MALARD, familial and independent, elaborates with passion Champagnes with an asserted personality. The 2014 Vintage Highlights a particularly qualitative year that offered before the harvest the perfect balance between water and sunshine, allowing for optimal ripeness.

Wine making process

Grapes : 60% of Pinot noir and 40% of Chardonnay
Main villages : Oger, Chouilly, Verzenay, Ay
Fermentation : Full malolactic
Aging : on lees, minimum 6 years in the cellar
Disgorgement : a few months before shipment
Dosage : 8g/L
