Founded in 1996, the Maison MALARD, familial and independent, elaborates with passion Champagnes with an asserted personality. The Excellence Brut is an emblematic cuvée of the house which represents the complementarity of the Champagne crus.

Wine making process

Grapes : 60% of Pinot noir and 40% of Chardonnay
Main villages : Oger, Chouilly, Verzenay, Ay
Fermentation : Full malolactic
Aging : on lees, minimum 5 years in the cellar
Disgorgement : a few months before shipment
Dosage : Less than 7g/L
